  • i love the process of creating art in any form. i play the violin, the piano, and i sing and teach voice lessons. i majored in music, dance, theater at brigham young university, and am only 5 classes away from receiving my bfa!

    i'm a wife and mother, a friday night movie junky, and a lover of mornings. i have stacks of books by the bed, in my purse, and in the kitchen. I have an infatuation with frozen chocolate, and wear pearls with everything...including pajamas. oh yes, and i'm in love with photography.

This is me!

So, yesterday I was going to set up my tripod and use a wireless clicker thing to take some self portraits for my website, but my sister thought that was silly (thank goodness), and offered to take some for me. These are my favorites, and I already know which picture I’m going to use…can you guess which one?


Update: I’m going to be using the second one from the bottom (the laughing one)!

Hi, I am a photographer in California and I saw your blog on Mellissa’s blog and I saw the picture in the grove, I wanted to tell you that you should check out http://www.bluelilyphotography.com she takes pictures in that same grove. She lives out here but makes it up there often. I thought you would like some ideas,(she uses a lot of photoshop,but is really great) Hope you don’t mind. You are so cute by the way!
