thanksgiving adventures

lots of family time over the thanksgiving holiday, and it was fantastic. thanksgiving day was spent with my husbands family, eating the most delicious food ever. i seriously doubt there is anyone in the world who can make stuffing that tastes as yummy as my mother in law’s. the whole meal was amazing, and i still find myself wishing i could have eaten more.

the next day, on a whim, we headed to st. george to spend some quality time with my family. we probably ended up spending more time in the car, but still had a lot of fun and relaxing time. i love fun and i love relaxing; they are two of my favorite things.

and speaking of car time…on the way home, we discovered that the metal stuff in the tires (do you know what i’m talking about?) was showing through and we needed to get new tires on of the car…luckily we were able to do that in about 15 min. and hit the freeway again. our spontaneous trip ended up being an expensive one, but at least we got home safely. i am very thankful for that!

how was your thanksgiving?
