a Christmas list o’ loves:
family, always family.
singing Christmas music. all i want to do is get everyone and anyone and have a sing-a-long! (hey, gayle, pam, whitney, melinda, jana, emily….anyone from those families, are you doing one of those this year? can i come? and if i can, can i bring brandon and ella?)
hot cider. my mother-in-law makes the most delicious hot cider. my mouth is watering just thinking about it!
Christmas decorations. i blogged about these here.
big smiles. big smiles are actually in fashion all year long!
Christmas p.j.’s. a family tradition.
sparkles. i probably a little too old to love sparkles…oh well.
games and crafts. i mostly like watching other people do these. j/k. has anyone played settlers of catan? isn’t it the best game ever?
sweets and other goodies. love these, can’t get enough of these.
Christmas stories. my favorite memories are of my family reading Christmas stories together. i can’t wait until ella will let me read to her. right now, she is in the phase where she just turns the pages back and forth as fast as she can.
i am so grateful for everything the holiday season brings, but i am most grateful for the gentle reminder of what life is all about. i am also so grateful for all of my clients who i also consider to be my friends; this year has been amazing, and it is all because of you! and thank you to everyone who follows my blog, i am so humbled and again, so grateful to have you as friends!
i hope all of you enjoy this beautiful season, and are able to spend time with those you love!
p.s. i would love to send you all a holiday card (that is, if i ever find a way to get a picture taken of my family…), so if you could email me your address, i will hopefully get one of those to you soon.
merry Christmas and happy holidays!
