My advanced jazz dance class is over and my body is quickly reversing back to what it wasbefore the class began. In other words, I’m gaining weight like crazy. That dance class was really really keeping me in shape and now I need to find another activity!
Over the next day or two, I’m going to create an exercise plan and a healthy diet plan (eating Easter candy and birthday cake all day will not be a part of that plan). These will become good habits. I’m giving my lifestyle a makeover! When I finish my plans I’ll post them here!
Anyone else looking for a lifestyle change?
